For over two decades, I’ve been on a journey to master productivity, exploring many systems and strategies to boost my efficiency and effectiveness. When I discovered I have ADHD at 40, it was a revelation that led me to reevaluate the productivity concepts I had gathered over the years. I sought to integrate new insights and distill my favorite principles into a cohesive system that genuinely works for me.
